My name is Helen, and I run Batch 17 Bakes from my home in beautiful Bicester, Oxfordshire. I have loved baking (and all things cake related!) since I was a child, and after much persuasion from my wonderful family and friends, I started Batch 17 Bakes in 2014.
I love creating beautiful and unique cakes for special occasions, and look forward to helping you make your celebration extra special!
I have a PME Certificate in Sugar Flowers, and have taken classes with Tracey Mann at Traceys Cakes, and at the Peggy Porschen Academy in London.
I have a CIEH certificate for Food Safety (Level 2) and my kitchen has been certified by Cherwell District Council, with a 5 star hygiene rating.
I am also fully covered by Public and Product Liability Insurance.
